BTO in Sengkang

We tried a 2nd round in applying a BTO... Initially we wanted to apply the one in Toa Payoh since we are staying in Toa Payoh now and is so used to the environment here... However they only have the 4rooms this round and the price is crazy... 500k for a 4orooms flat... Hence we decided to opt for Sengkang 5 rooms flat since the location is nearer to my brother's place.
We received an email a few days back stating that we are in the queue number of 402. There are 716 units available for our selection so I felt that chances of getting a high floor will be good.
We are pretty excited about this and now is to decide to get compassvale or rivervale... Leek,e.. I'll update this blog on the progress of our new nest...
