MIA?

In case you think that I'm MIA, I'm not. I'm just busy preparing V for her exams. She brought back her mock exams papers on Monday and she failed all 3 subjects. Reason, not enough time to complete the papers. She basically leave the last few pages blank. What a waste of marks. For maths paper, she just see the numbers and pluck in, not reading what exactly the questions meant. Gosh... I wonder how she can survive this SA1.

I went through some past year questions with her over the weekend and ask her to re-do her mock exams questions. Surprising, she can do almost all questions, ok maybe she did it once before already.

The problem with her is she has no sense of urgency. If she do not know how to do that question, she will just sit down there and think. Therefore I need to teach her some tips on exams. Hopefully with the tips, she can survive this SA1.

Yesterday she had her Chinese Paper. She said that she had enough time to finish all the pages and also know how to do. Hoepfully she can pass this time round. Today is Engish paper and tomorrow is Maths. Wish her luck!
