Indeed, SB world is getting more and more competitive.
It's no longer those days where everyone scrap for their leisure and passion, to put in all the feeling you want to express in that layout.
I'm seeing more and more people, scrapping to get recognition, who want to stand out of the rest.
I admit, I do want to get recognitions (who don't want recognitions), I want to share my works to others, but not to the extreme that I must be the best, to be arrogant.Same as Lia, I'm feeling tired. All the talks about whose layout is nice, whose not; about who copied who but din give credits; about whose being in which DT or getting published; etc
It's really make me having some withdrawal from SB world. I become lazy posting my works to galleries. I become lazy, checking other people's works in the galleries, giving comments to the layouts people created.
Ok, enough of this. Some happy things.
I went to Kino yesterday and bought 3 crafts books. Then off I went to Chinatown to get some fabric. last night, I stitch something.

Oh.. S is getting more and more vocal now.. Able to speak more now. Still as cheeky as before.
V is doing well in school.
CNY is coming, this weekend we will go shop for CNY goodies!

Don't worry about the competitiveness dear, I'm not. I just don't feel that my work is worthy enough for the bigwigs.

Hmm i hear you there Irene ! I see a trend of Scrapbookers moving away from SBing to other crafts now ! It's always good to look for new challenges i think !
